You are considered fully vaccinated for travel and are eligible for entry to Canada. If you are chosen to take a COVID test upon arrival, you will not need to self-isolate while waiting for your results.
You are currently in compliance with York University's Vaccine Mandate and may access York's campuses upon receiving clearance on YU Screen.
On YU Screen, please update your vaccination status as "Fully vaccinated" and upload your proof of vaccination. If your proof of vaccination is not in English or French, you may upload the certified translation you provided on ArriveCAN (if you recently travelled internationally).
If your proof of vaccination is from outside Ontario, please contact your local health authority (ie Toronto Public Health, Peel Public Health, York region Public Health, etc) to get your Ontario record updated. You will need to do this to get access to your vaccine passport.
