IRCC Application Refusal Advising Request / PAL Request

IRCC Application Refusal Advising Request / PAL Request

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

NOTE: If you received a study permit refusal and are seeking a new PAL without advising, you are still required to fill out this form.

1) Please note that we do not act as a student’s legal representative, however we can review your application materials and provide general guidance on opportunities to strengthen your new application. The responsibility to ensure all information is complete and accurate upon resubmission remains with the student applicant.

2) If you received a refusal of your initial study permit application, you will require a new Provincial Attestation Letter (PAL). Submitting this form is the first step in requesting a new PAL. Once you submit the form, an international student advisor will review your submission. You will receive a follow-up email within 2 business days confirming that you have been added to the PAL request list, as well as information about our upcoming Study Permit Refusal Webinars.

3) Individual (1:1) appointments for refusals are not available. However, advisors will be happy to speak with students during the group webinar sessions.
